In his series “Transient Areas” MG stalks around with his cameras in the areas of central Austria, sites, where human influence has a strong impact on the appearance of landscape and on the same hand romantic topoi do still have an importance in relationship between humans and landscape. A fact that creates a certain paradox tension and an alienated attitude in European rural and alpine culture.
